Are the lights made in the UK?
Yes. Every light is 3D-printed and manufactured in the UK.
What sizes are available?
Small designs measure up to 250 × 250 mm. XL designs measure up to 340 × 320 mm. XL is available only when it appears as an option on the product page.
What power plug will I receive?
Your order is dispatched with the appropriate UK, US or EU 12V power supply for the delivery country.
What is included?
Every light includes a remote control, the correct power supply and all required cabling. It arrives ready to plug in and use.
How long does production take?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and dispatch. Orders are often dispatched sooner.
Which delivery service do you use?
UK orders are sent using InPost. Orders to the United States and European Union are sent using Royal Mail International.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Delivery after dispatch is approximately one week. This is an estimate, and carrier or customs delays may affect delivery times.
Who pays international import duties?
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country.
Can I return a standard product?
Standard, non-custom products can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay the return postage for non-faulty returns. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for the full process.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
A custom order may be cancelled before production begins on a case-by-case basis. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the light is faulty or damaged.
What happens if my light arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate without affecting your statutory rights.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every light includes a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, in addition to statutory consumer rights.
Can I request a custom aviation design?
Yes. Custom lights can be discussed for a chosen aircraft, airline, squadron, tail design or livery. Please contact us before ordering with your idea.
Squadron, aviation and motorsport gift questions
Do you make RAF squadron gifts?
Yes. Existing military aviation designs can be ordered directly, and a custom squadron, aircraft, badge, tail or livery design can be commissioned. Custom work includes a design proof for approval before production.
Can you create an air force retirement or leaving gift?
Yes. Custom LED lights can be designed for RAF and air force retirements, squadron presentations, pilot or aircrew leaving gifts, reunions and mess displays. Share the aircraft, squadron and any wording or design details through the custom order form.
What aviation gifts are suitable for pilots or plane spotters?
Popular choices include airline tail lights, military aircraft tail lights and custom aircraft or livery designs. Every light includes a remote control, cabling and the correct regional 12V plug.
Do you make motorsport gifts?
