Refund policy

Returns for standard products

If you purchase a standard, non-custom product online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Please notify us through our Contact page within that period. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Please take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product has reduced its value.

Customers are responsible for return postage on non-faulty returns. We recommend using a tracked service. For a valid cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom and personalised products are made to order and cannot be returned because of a change of mind. Cancellation may be possible before production begins and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, a custom order cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if a custom product is faulty, not as described or damaged in transit.

Faulty products and transit damage

If your light arrives faulty or has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the light and packaging.

We will arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate and cover reasonable return costs for faulty or transit-damaged products. This does not limit any other remedy available under applicable consumer law.

One-year warranty

Our lights include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact us with your order details if you need to make a warranty claim. The warranty is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.
