Production and dispatch

Our lights are made to order in the UK. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and dispatch. Orders are often dispatched sooner.

Delivery prices

United Kingdom — InPost Standard: £4.99 for orders up to £49.99.
United Kingdom — Free InPost Standard: free when the order total is £50 or more.
United Kingdom — InPost Express: £6.99.
European Union — Royal Mail International: £14.99.
Other enabled international destinations — Royal Mail International: £23.99.

The available service and final price are shown at checkout for the delivery address.

Delivery times

Delivery after dispatch is approximately one week. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and carrier or customs delays can sometimes affect delivery times.

Power supply

Your order includes the appropriate UK, US or EU 12V plug for the delivery country, together with the remote control and all required cabling.

International duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied to an international order. These charges are not included unless expressly shown at checkout.
