Production and dispatch

Our lights are made to order in the UK. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and dispatch. Orders are often dispatched sooner.

Delivery services

• United Kingdom: orders are sent using InPost.
• United States and European Union: orders are sent using Royal Mail International.

Delivery after dispatch is approximately one week. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and carrier or customs delays can sometimes affect delivery times.

Power supply

Your order will include the appropriate UK, US or EU 12V plug for the delivery country, together with the remote control and all required cabling.

International duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied to an international order by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order price unless expressly shown at checkout.
